Social Media Communication

Social media is changing the way we communication. It’s more than just having followers. It’s a way to connect with your customers and engage with them on a more personal level. My experience working with Dr. Ronald Stair taught me how to communicate complex material in a way that everyone can understand. I wrote several blog articles translating the complicated worlds of finance and retirement into easy to understand language.

Brand Identity

Brand Identity through Social Media is the message you send out and the audience receives. It makes you instantly recognizable to your customers. My blog article for ECG Group entitled “Building Brand Consistency and Awareness on Social Media” focused on some simple rules that help lead to a great brand identity. It was published on the Agency’s marketing website.

Social Media Development

My internship with EGC Group allowed me to create content calendars for big name companies including Kiss/imPress Nails and CityMD where I helped organically grow their social media following. At The Marketing Boutique I was tasked with creating a 3 month marketing campaign for DashboardNY which should be rolling out shortly.

Engage Customers / Target Prospects

Engaging customers and targeting prospects is one of the most important aspects of social media. It’s more than just posting something every day. It takes skill to turn your audience into customers. My years of working as the Social Media Director for Innersite Design have provided me with the confidence necessary to accomplish the goals placed before me.

Analytics

Google, Facebook insights, twitter, instagram. All these platforms have their own way of presenting your growth online. I am adept at reading these analytics and making adjustments to my content curation in order to build on the analytics resulting in more follows, more likes, better posts, or whatever your goal is to improve your ROI.

Leverage Influencers

It’s not what you know, it’s who you know. There is some truth to that in the world of social media. My work with The Marketing Boutique brought out my ability to contact, engage with and even sign on several influencers for a client. It was probably the most exciting part of my internship with them.

Well Organized

Being a Type A personality has it’s pros and cons. One of the pros is being super organized. I excel in time management enabling me to meet tight deadlines. As Social Media Director for Boss Media Group, LLC I was tasked with creating  a social media presence for their short film in a short time frame in order to be eligible for a multitude of film festivals. I was able to gain over 900 likes on Facebook in just two weeks time by being hyper organized in my work and diligent in meeting posting deadlines.

Excellent Communication

As head intern for New York Institute of Beauty, I organized a team of interns, managed and created social media content and followed through with engagement of the followers on twitter. My work led to New York Institute of Beauty trending on twitter during Fashion Week.

Public Speaker

As a founding committee member of the Marcie Mazzola Foundation, a non-profit 501-c3, I have had several opportunities to address a large gathering of people. At the Annual Dinner/Silent Auction I was the main speaker for the 450 attendees. In addition to this, I have also served as the Vice President of Philanthropy for Alpa Chi Omega at Clemson University where I organized large charity events and spoke in front of the membership.

Why I’m different

If 10-year-old Kristina were told that one day she would find a job description that encouraged her Bravo and E! binging she would have said, “Yeah right”. From the Real Housewives on Bravo to Kardashians on E! keeping up with popular culture and lifestyle brands has been my guilty pleasure since I can remember. As a strong leader who also knows the value of listening to and learning from those around me, I am the perfect fit for your company.

My Skills

Although I am young in years, my experience writing, curating content and editing videos for publication online for my own business and several clients started when I was just 16. All this experience has equipped me to handle the ever-changing landscape we see in dealing with social media.

I have mastered the art of researching new topics and know how to capitalize on social media trends while maintaining brand standards.

I know the importance of owning my projects, coordinating different schedules and bringing harmony to varying ideas/campaigns while maintaining a positive attitude.

My flexibility and ability to acclimate my schedule for any workload, along with my desire to learn and further perfect my skills make me an impeccable candidate.

Hire me! I am qualified, eager, and hardworking. Plus I have waited since I was 10 years old for such an opportunity, and you won’t regret it.
